Research On The Construction Of Normalized System Of Leading Cadres' Style Of Work

Strengthening the style of leading cadres is of great significance for the comprehensive and strict governance of the party.Exemplary style is an important effective weapon to promote the development of the party's cause,and the normalization system is crucial to improving the style.The "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reform" adopted by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out that the key to "sounding and improving the normalization system of the style." The style construction of leading cadres is always on the road.Therefore,in the comprehensive and strict governance of the party in the new era of our country,the establishment of a perfect system of normalization of style is a problem that needs to be studied and solved.Through the research on the subject of the normalization system of leading cadres,this paper makes an objective analysis of the necessity of the construction of the normalization system and the historical process of the construction of it.At the same time,it is found that there are also some problems in the construction of the style normalization system,including the lack of pertinence in system design,the lack of relevant supporting measures in the system,the implementation of the system is not in just place and the tardy revision of the system.The root of the problem lies in the deviation of the formulator's understanding of the system,the unqualified individual leading cadres,the lack of effective supervision mechanism,and the lack of institutions responsible for the construction of the normalization system.On this basis,this paper constructs five aspects namely the ideological style,study style,work style,leadership style and life style to build the perfect style normalization system content,and puts forward the perfect countermeasures of construction of style normalization system to enhance its systematical,pertinence and maneuverability,authority,and innovation.
