Linhai Cidiao Of Artistic Value And Inheriting Development

Linhai Cidiao(a kind of poem & melody) is the local tones of Linhai. It has a long history with high art value and was listed in the national non-material cultural heritage list in 2008. At present,Linhai Cidiao faces the difficulties of funds inadequacy, a small quantity of audience,shrinking market and brain drain.This situation is closely related to the rapid development of economy,the drastic change of people's life and culture and the diversity of aesthetic choice. To survive and develop traditional folk art, we must adapt the advancement of society and the audiences' aesthetic demand. Mainly from three aspects(research value,aesthetic value and humanities value), the artistic value of Linhai Cidiao is presented in this paper.At the same time,we propose that we should understand the situation of traditional folk art both at present and in the future, and be active to seek countermeasures, including corpus for artists, organizational performance and inheriting teaching.What's more,we should make every effort to deal with difficulties, get out of the valley, transform crisis into vitality and make the precious cultural heritages great and glorious.
