college students'school adjustment is currently a hot topic in the field of school education。In view of this situtation, in the past, a lot of research on school adjustment-related study found that environmental and other external factors play an important role on college students'school adjustment。But combined with external environmental factors and internal factors to explore the relevant research on school adjustment has been quite few currently,the study used researeh methods of social ecology,exploring the effect of individual factors and environmental factors affecting college students'school adjustment. and by adjusting the effect of environmental studies included the individual , A scientific analysis of the interaction between the individual and the environment to the impact of college students'school adjustment,which provide a theoretical basis for college students'school adjustment education;and provide constructive comments on building college students'dormitory atmophere.In this study, 500 college students from 69 dormitories in changsha and xiangtan were invited to complete the college students'school adjustment Scale Compiled by the Ministry of Education in 2004, Dormitory Climate Questionnaire Compiled by Zhang Yan xuan, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and 60 questions for temperament tests prepared by Mr. Chen Huichang. The results show that:(1) there were significant differences on students in grade, professional, family , one child or not and other aspects of sources .In learning adaptation, career adaptation, emotional adaptation, self-adaptation, satisfaction of various dimensions, the senior students were significantly lower than freshmen.Art students In learning adaptation, career adaptation, self-adaptation and satisfaction of various dimensions were significantly higher than science students. College students from the city in interpersonal adaptation, emotional adaptation and satisfaction of various dimensions were significantly higher than the students in rural areas, one child students in self-adaptation and satisfaction of various dimensions were significantly higher than that of non-child-sharing college students.(2) there is no significant difference on students'school adaptation in terms of gender .(3) To a certain extent, Dormitory atmosphere can predict the situation of Collegestudents'school adaptation. Neuroticism on interpersonal adaptation , learning adaptation, campus adaptation, emotional adaptation, satisfaction of various dimensions play the role of negative predictions; extraversion on interpersonal adaptation , campus adaptation, career adaptation, satisfaction of various dimensions play the role of positive predictions. Bile nature on interpersonal adaptation , learning adaptation, campus adaptation, satisfaction of various dimensions play the role of negative predictions; Depressed nature on interpersonal adaptation , campus adaptation, emotional adaptation, satisfaction of various dimensions play the role of negative predictions; sanguine temperament on interpersonal adaptation , satisfaction of various dimensions play the role of positive predictions; phlegmatic temperament on learning adaptation, career adaptation of various dimensions play the role of positive predictions.(4)To some extent,personality, temperament and the dormitory atmosphere will affect college students'School adaptation, in which the dormitory atmosphere play the regulating role among the personality, temperament and school adaptation is obvious.
