Wangwan is one of the most famous literary men in the early years of Qing Dynasty. He is called as Eight Great Masters and Top Ten Wits. He and Wang Shizhen are called"Wang Wang"because of his achievement he has achieved in poetry. They advocate poems of Song Dynasty, and propose strongly to get rid of malpractice and superficial in poems of Song Dynasty. But Wang Wan's creation of poems has included poetical elements of Tang and Song Dynasties. As a master in poem in the early years of Qing Dynasty, Wang Wan proposes strongly to reform the weak points in poems of Ming Dynasty, and tries his best to make the poetry regain its orthodox position. In the aspect of ancient Chinese, he is called Three Masters with Wi Xi and Hou Fangyv's. His articles are called the Articles of Confucian. Most of his language is from Six Classics, and this makes him be different from Wei and Hou. His style is powerful, free and clear, and similar to masters in Nan Song, and he asserts the Tang and Song's style, and makes the history of"Tong Cheng"; his poems are from Tang's style into the style of Song, and the style is special, finally becomes the leader of spirit which is advocated by Qianlong. Wang Wan also dabbles in classics and history etc, and has put forward his own opinion. Although he do not have voluminous works and can not be called as master, the meaning of literaty research lies in these trifles work, and declare a new style of study, that is the arising of textology. Hui Zhouti who is the founder of Wu of textology in Qing Dynasty is an excellent student of Wang Wan.His literary achievement and thought have been marked deeply with the mark of the times. It is not only the result of influence of Qing's history and society, but also a contribution to the continuing with the past and opening up the future. So make a deep research of originWang wan's literary thought is helpful not only for the style change in the early years of Qing Dynasty, but also for the profound realization of Wang Wan and other literati's transitional role in literary history. If we want to implore the origin of Wang Wan's thought, we should not neglect the impact of his friends who he has a close relation with. Although most of people think Wang Wan's character is small-minded and can not tolerate with other people. Wang Shizhen says:Wang Wan is intolerant and can not end up with a friend with a good end. Once Wang Wan argue with Yan Ruoqu about the mourning apparel, and end up unhappily. He is hateful of his homemate Ye Xie, and they denounce each other. The two all have a lot of disciples. The disciples denounce and criticize each other, and become almost the enemies. Wang Wan argues with Gui Youguang because of Gui's collected works, which is also well-known. But this does not mean that Wang Wan is narrow-minded. On the contrary, he has a wide range of friends ranging from literary masters, important ministers, scholars in the countryside to some interpretants. And these people have deep influence on his official career, thought and literary achievement, which is neglected by scholars. This thesis tries to make up the blank in this aspect, and take a hand on the people who have a close relation with him, such as Wang Shizhen, Xv Dong, Liu Tiren, Liang Yueji, Li Liangnian and Hui Dong, then make a brief introduction.
