The Research Of Rural High School Psychological Heath Education

With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standard, there is an increasing demand for health. Nowadays, health is more meaningful. Not only is it referring to physical health, but it is also referring to psychological health. High school students are the hope of future society and they are the main force to promote the development of the 21st century. Therefore, psychological health is all the most important. School, which is the main place for psychological education to take place, should be responsible for it. Taking this into consideration, the present paper attempts to study the problems lying in rural high school psychological health education in the ideological and political education and discover the causes of them. Finally it proposes several effective methods and recommendations aiming at improving the psychological health education. The paper is divided into three parts.Firstly, after the meaning and the domestic and foreign researches of the thesis, as well as the significance are introduced, the present paper points out that it's very important for the high school to strengthen the psychological health education. Then, having thoroughly investigated and studied the present situation of the students'psychological health in rural high school, we discovered that the students' major psychological problems are learning problems interpersonal problems,adolescent psychological problem,social adaptation and moral problems. The problems mentioned above are mainly caused by the lack of psychological health education. High schools in rural areas have little awareness of the psychological health education, their ideas fall behind with today's; They are short of teachers and theoretical researches;The psychological health education in rural high schools is formalized and simplified. There are many reasons for the above phenomena. That is, they are short of psychological health education's basic conditions and devices due to the lack of money; The culture is conservative and the concept of psychological health education is lagged behind; The education is traditional and the educational idea falls behind; Family education is missing and psychological health education atmosphere is insufficient. Finally, the paper put forward the suggestion that we should take the following measures to strengthen the psychological health education. That is, we should implement " three guarantees" to ensure the smooth progress of psychological health education. We must change the concept and carry out "four all-around", so that the rural high school can form an entire idea of psychological heath education. We must implement the "five educations" to open the ways of psychological health education in rural high school. Also it is necessary to fully integrate the strength of schools, families, and society, so as to set up the system of psychological health education in rural high school and form the education efforts. The paper discover,put forward and solve the problems by investigating and researching. The aim is that rural high school should be called up and take some measures to strengthen the psychological health education. So that the paper can make some contributions to school's psychological health education.
