Psychological Problems Targeted Educational Research

In recent years, psychological problems of are gradually becoming the considerable ones. Ideological and political education (IPE) in universities, considered as one of effective way to educate college students, can naturally be used to adjust college students'psychology, help them solve psychological problems, and instruct them to be psychologically healthy. Based on the relationship between psychological health education (PHE) and IPE, ideological and psychological characteristics of college students is analyzed, and the strategies to deal with psychological problems of college students are discussed by the way of IPE to improve and develop ideological and political education in universities, increasing its scientific, predictive, and pertinent characteristics.IPE and PHE are different, but they can be promoted by each other. IPE guarantees the effect of PHE, which is the foundation of IPE with the function of guide. With the noticed relationship and difference between IPE and PHE, PHE, as one part of the system of IPE, can be closely combined together with IPE to enhance the effectiveness, prediction, and pertinence of IPE. Furthermore, PHE can be improved thoroughly by means of IPE to create a predictive and intervening mechanism to solve psychological problems.Although the mainstream of student psychological and ideological status is active, healthy, and encouraging, some of them have lots of confusion and discomfort during their growing——various ideological conflicts and contradictions, psychological abnormity and unbalance to some extent, and even severe psychological illness, which are demonstrated by the problems about study, intercourse, poverty, egoism, emotion, graduation, employment, computer networks, etc. All the current characteristics of college students'problems is intercourse, fluctuation, multilevel, and diversity. The factors that influence the current psychological problems of college students are change in social environment, family education, college education, and personal psychological development. These problems result from the interaction, conflict, and amalgamation of several external factors.IPE in universities should be done in order to solve the current psychological problems of college students following the principles of combination of IPE and PHE, combination of family and college and society education, combination of adjustment and development education, combination of individual and group education, combination of emotion and truth education.Therefore, the contents of current IPE, as a system with amalgamated and interacted factors, should include a variety of education about patriotism and idealism, social practice and responsibility, frustration and adjustment, harmonious intercourse, learning and , etc.
