In order to protect not to discourage people's passion. We should realize the passion from people is our treasure. And also, we should analyse it reasoningly to guide it, use it rationally.Meanwhile, the connections between respecting objective laws and playing initiative should be dealt with correctly. According to the present conditions , we must bring people's initiative to the fullest in premise of respecting objective laws. So that we could complete our tasks faster and better.
