The obvious ideographic and phonetic features of phonetic characters in the primary stage of Chinese as a foreign language are very attractive to foreign students in the primary stage of learning Chinese characters,and its simple and convenient pronunciation and meaning identification and form recognition can also bring great convenience to teaching.The primary stage,however,foreign students in the learning process of pictophmetic characters,students do not understand and characteristics of pictophmetic characters,instead of pictophmetic characters in the sound the same,meaning almost confused,emerged a large number of typos,ghost word errors,rarely use the representation of pictophmetic characters in pronunciation,but depend on mobile dictionary pinyin tool,at the same time appear pronunciation errors.These errors include stroke errors,component errors,structure errors,homophone errors,and polyphonetic errors.Specifically,there are the addition,deformation and translocation of strokes,the error of pen direction,the error of inter-pen relationship,the addition,alteration and translocation of components,the loose and chaotic structure,the error of homophone and polyphonic words.In view of the characteristics of phonetic characters and the characteristics of students’ acquisition errors,it is not a convenient method to teach phonetic characters simply by tracing,copying and copying.The teaching of primary phonetic characters can be carried out by means of picture teaching and original teaching respectively from the form and the phonetic side,and the generation process of special phonetic characters can be reproduced from the cultural generation.Specific use of phonetic and semantic analogy guess,word games,word games,fun correction and other teaching methods,centralized literacy and centralized correction.Through teaching design and practice,it is found that this teaching method can greatly arouse students’ active thinking in learning,stimulate their interest in learning,make them concentrate on learning,correct errors and improve learning efficiency,especially for overseas students from countries that attach importance to pronunciation.
