Communication an aspect of human social activities is one of the basic form of social existence. When there is human society, there is human social communication. So communication and human society have the same long history. Especially the invention and usage of the Internet, which brings a brand new environment of human social activities and a quite new way of communication---Internet Communication. Internet communication is the main body of the Internet communicate with other people or Internet intermediaries themselves using Internet as a tool. Internet social relations of the main body are formed in this activities. In the Internet communication, people as a virtual entity to carry out independent activities relatively in cyberspace for the realization of their value to look for opportunities. However, every coin has two sides --- advantages and disadvantages, In today's rapid technological development, technological victory has provided convenience for the alienation and corruption of morals apparently. In the history, the more people controlled nature, the more slavery individuals seemed to be others or their despicable actions. Internet communication reflects the unparalleled advantages of modern communication methods, but the ethical issues raised makes us worried more, the main body of Internet communication indulge in cyberspace information collection, or they are focused or obsessed with virtual life on the Internet, regarding the virtual scene as the real world to experience, exposing from the real world to a strange living state which is alienated gradually; Most of the Internet communication behavior is anonymous, the main body of the Internet communication switch among multiple roles. So the role of self-awareness is indifferent, self-monitoring mechanism of conscience weakens, which leads to crisis of confidence in the Internet, Because of the temptation for various interests, invasion issues of privacy or intellectual property in Internet Communication occur frequently. In Internet communication, the main body of Internet communication share a variety of information, but they are sometimes hindered the collection or the usage of the useful information by much harm information. Intensified the problem of Internet communication ethics has deep social roots. Firstly, the moral consciousness of the main body is indifferent, moral self-discipline is not enough to make the Internet lost its foundation of the moral restraint, the Internet world slides into a dangerous scene; secondly Internet technology is not perfect. So it is difficult to overcome their own problems brought by themselves; Thirdly the problem of just right, which has hindered the development of Internet communication freed and equally. The emergence of the problems has stimulated people's thinking, so people begin to try to find a solution to the problem. According to the characteristics of the Internet communication methods, building a harmonious Internet must obey these principles:free association principle, no harm principle, the principle of equality, and human principle. As the most active elements of communication-people, have to strengthen thinking of the main body existence, which requires people to change their attitude towards the survival of the past, to rethink how to deal with technical problems, to let technology as a matter habitat in itself, rather than technology helpless. Meanwhile the main body of people have to improve their moral quality, and observe and maintain the normal order of Internet communication Consciously. Construction of the Internet communication environment of civilization is long way to go. Person should work together to create a good social atmosphere and try to foster the moral and civilized fashion of Internet communication and build a harmonious Internet society.
