HeQiu-tao《Shuofangbeicheng》

This paper took《Shuofangbeicheng》as its studying object, firstly introduced His life and abundant academic writings , and then elaborated the historical writing background of《Shuofangbeicheng》, reviewing the works related to Sino-Russia's relationship of Qing Dynasty.After that, narrated its outstanding achievements with great emphasis in Studies of Sino-Russia's relationship history, the history and geonomy of China's North-Western border as well as minorities in North-China. Last but not least, it pointed out that it is《Shuofangbeicheng》that is one of the greatest historical and geogrphical works of China's North-Western border, is one of the most classical works of North-China's minorities and Sino-Russia's relationship history, is the expression of the author's patriotism. It represents the solidarity of the Chinese nation.
