| Autistic Disorder is a group of complicated behavioral syndromes caused by many factors. The clinical features of it includes of social interaction disorder, language development disorder, narrow interests and stereotypy. Nowadays more and more researchers begin to pay their attention to Autistic Disorder.In this research, at first, with qualitative research methods, we interviewed 3 major family educators for the pre-trial and then interviewed in-depth with 12 for formal study and 9 of them been analyzed finally. By using grounded theory analysis methods, theme analysis and line-by-line coding analysis, the themes of parenting process and the parenting influencing factors in resent Chinese families with Autistic children were explored. At the same time the structures among these factors are concluded.In the second research, with the method of case study, the process and effect of sandplay therapy to 5.4-year-old girl with severe Autistic Disorder was analyzed. The major family educator as a therapeutic factor was included and operated for the first time in sandplay. therapy.Finally, this study got the following conclusions:(1) The themes of parenting process included the abnormal phenomena in parenting, the reacting to the diagnosis, keeping training and educating, parenting experience summarization and the orientation to the future.(2) Three different kinds of factors influencing parenting Autistic children, included education target factor, educator factor and support system factor. Other factors are structured in the three. There factors worked in different ways.(3) Spontaneous sandplay therapy was helpful to the development of social emotion and interaction as well as some other autistic syndromes.(4)Considering and operating major family educator as a therapeutic factor benefited both the children and themselves. |
