The Study On Urumqi Administrator Of Qing Dynasty

In 60 B.C., Xiyu Douhu government was established in Xinjiang, which standed for the Xihan Dynasty completely dominated Xiyu regions, subsequently all of the following central governments set up administration mechanism in Xinjiang, have been well-established rule of jurisdiction in most period. In 1762, the Qing government built Yili General, which has become the highest military and political executive in Xinjiang. In 1773, the Qing government has also set up Urumqi Administrator, namely the highest military and political executive of the eastern regions in Xinjiang, but it was restricted by Yili General. The establishment of Junfu system greatly strengthened the management of the military and political institutions that the Qing government carried out in Xinjiang.According to three parts divided, the first part comprehensively narrates the establishment of Urumqi Administrator and its background. The second part is the focus of this dissertation, the contents are mainly divided into three chapters to elaborate respectively the building structure of Urumqi Administrator and the first Urumqi Administrator, the establishment of Urumqi Administrator and the development construction of the eastern regions of Xinjiang, the feature parts of this dissertation are to expound the first Urumqi Administrator and one's achievement in official career, the relationship between Urumqi Administrator and Yili General, the establishment of Zhendi Dao area plays the role in the transference process of Xinjiang political center. The third part is the conclusion, which sums up this dissertation and outlines the historical significance of Urumqi Administrator which brings about the political system construction of Xinjiang.This dissertation will take full advantage of previous academic research results, regard historical materialism as theory guidance, using historical methods and comparative analysis methods, collecting and classifying and explaining the relevant documentation. On this basis of which, this dissertation also discusses systematically and deeply and studys the first Urumqi Administrator called Suonuomuceling who held the post of Urumqi Administrator to take various measures.
