Harqin Tabnang was the special class of Mongolian society in Qing Dynasty. The study on its political ranks, economic life can help us to know deeply about Mongolian politics, economics, and cultural life in Qing Dynasty, and also have significant science value for the study on Mongolian social history, region history in Qing.Tabnang class in three banners of Harqin is rooted from Doyan-oi Uiryanhan in North Yuan. The governor of Qing set up three banners of Harqin with its special ranks and made some law to affirm their special political ranks, and economic interests according to their relations to the Mongolian golden family and contributions to Qing dynasty. On the basic of describing the origin of Tabnang class in Harqin three banners, the paper studies mainly on their political ranks, economic life and population structure, especially expounds the decline of political ranks and economic life in different time and poverty according to the Mongolian files of Zhasag Yamun of Harqin three bannes in Qing Dynasty.
