Harqin middle banner is one of the three Harqin banners of Zhu-Su-Tu Alliance during the Qing dynasty to the period of the Republic of China.It was the typical model banner of agricultural economy more developed in inner mongolia region.Due to the encourage policy made by early Qing Dynasty rulers towards Tibetan Buddhism,it was spread widely in Mongolia banners,Harqin middle Banner in the territory of the size of the temple stands in great numbers,flocks of Lama,on the social and political, economic, cultural and historical produced extremely important influence.
