Research On The Seal System Of Harqin Middle Banner In Qing Dynasty

At the beginning of the Seal System,it was stated that each Yamen would put away the seal after finishing a day’s work,and the next day,it would open the seal to accept government affairs.Later it gradually refers to the year-end Seal System.The Seal System in the Qing Dynasty Harqin Middle Banner mentioned in this article refers to the establishment of the Harqin Middle Banner.After having the flag seal,the Zhasak,Yamen were sealed from the end of the year to the beginning of the next year,and the official document was temporarily sealed.This article takes the Harqin Middle Banner of the Qing Dynasty as the research object,which was based on the Mongolian files of the Harqin Middle Banner of the Qing Dynasty in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Archives,and uses the document method and comparative method to study the Seal System of the Harqin Middle Banner in the Qing Dynasty.It is Mainly from the general situation of the seal,and the method of dealing with important matters during the seal period and the characteristics and influence of the seal system of the Harqin Middle Banner.Through the systematic study of the seal system of the Harqin Middle Banner in the Qing Dynasty,it shows the general situation of the Seal System of the Mongolian banners in the Qing Dynasty,and makes up for the deficiencies of the previous studies on the seal system.This article also touches on many unresearched issues and strives to lay the foundation for future research.A large number of archives and documents have proved that the seal system of the Harqin Middle Banner in the Qing Dynasty was different from the inland and other Mongolian flags and had important influence on both the Qing Dynasty and the Harqin Middle Banner at that time.
