"Rumour" is one kind of broad existence society culture phenomenon. Even when the society turned up crisis, conflict , contradiction , turmoil arising at the historic moment. In Han Dynasty, There were a large amount of rumours filling the society. These language, or true basis of insufficiency of cockroach stream, they were sometimes able to rock popular feeling , retinue seeing and hearing , become public opinion even , product negative influence on peoples'behavior . Therefore these rumour was incomplete be equal to the information that the mind on our general common sense" Nonsense Talking " Be conscientious of the problem is helpful for making richer description about that society and more entire understanding and explaining to this "history authenticity " Find out the relation between rumour and the specially appointed history context. For the ruling class, How to crack the rumors is the problem which is very important. In Han Dynasty, the System to collect public opinion was both at the level of specific provisions, the total mid and political practice in general.
