The Four Brother's Tribe Banner was one of the six jasah banners of Wulaanchav during the Qing Dynasty. It's originated from the 17th century's Four Brother's (Seng Ge, Sonom, Ombuu and Irjam)Tribe , which belonged to the four sons of Noyantai, who was the 15th generation of Chingis Khan's younger brother Havtu Hasar. In the 1730s, Four Brother's Tribe moved south from Hulunboir and submitted the authority of Qing Dynasty. From the 3rd year of Chong De to the 1st year of Shun Zhi, the tribe moved from the Sharmoren River Valley to Wulaanchav Plateau, in order to prevent the invation of Outer Halha Tribe. And there, it became the Four Brother's Tribe Banner of Wulaanchav. During the Qing Period , the Jasah Noyan of this banner was granted count lord by the Qing government and also the tribe had a larger population. Therfore, the banner was the most influential of the six Jasah Banners in Wulaanchav. There is little research achievement on Four Brother's Tribe Banner's history, especially few people have used the mongolian archieve of then Foue Brother's Tribe Banner's Jasah government in thier study.
