Culture is a way of communication during the process of the human civilization and an attraction which whether could get others' attention among their historical record.Recording one's culture with its own literature is the symbol of the ethnic-group reaching its civilization.In past times,human beings had continued their previous working wisdom through generations by tying knots on a rope or mouth and ears communication.But the emerge of writing system even brought many more vivid conception of understanding.For instance,to expand one's view by comparing self s perspectives and thought others';combining traditions and modern culture together to keep distance of tradition and modernity;express one's ethnic thought by a pen's writing and describe great epic by recording previous stories.It seems there was no direct cultural influence between Tibetan and Rome civilization,however,during the process of civilization both had experienced polytheistic edification,and at the aspect of ethnic origin both seemed had relative connection.So if compare the two ethnic-groups by looking at more aspects,we can noticed many similarities between Tibetan and Roman.At the immortal perspective,the use of human is realized by awe-stricken and offering.During the human society,the value of god is indicated through praising and offering.As a result,at the immortal aspect,Tibetan and Roman both have similar perspectives in terms of views of the world,the nature,and materials.Analyzing from the aspect of ethnic custom,both have similar nomadic cultural characteristics in terms of life materials,the way of live,and the living habit. For example,Three-White Food(cheese,yogurt and milk)and Three-Red Food(meat, animal blood and sausage)is important during Tibetan traditional food.According to Rome Epic the food record,similarly cheese,beef and mutton are playing a vital role. Because of the similar mentality and way of living,there formed a distinct concept to the everlasting objects in human society--mountains and water.To the mountain,as the homestead of super naturals,people don't just show respect but chose an aptitude date and make offerings in order to commemorate the super naturals' merits and virtues.Thus,people make friends with the gods through offering animals and food. And hold religious activities related to the offering.Usually,there is no disagreement about the offering date.A atmosphere of 'elders' excitement is based on strong gentle man,young people's excitement is because of elders' praising and appreciation' is naturally formed.People strongly believed in the saying of 'god will be pleased if people are excited and happy.' Although there is distance between Tibetan and Roman, but Roman,as a ethnic-group of evolution throughout herding,has the tradition of shaman playing a vital role.Uncertain culture around the oceans didn't fade the courageous tradition of Roman.They are still very good at singing and dancing.In the battle,lion is the metaphor of hero while the fierce wolf is the metaphor of coward.By the aspects of the influence of immortal culture,the shaman's accommodate, and humanity,Roman civilization,is mostly about people fighting for honor and freedom.Thus shows the triangle value of relationships among human,shaman and god by maximizing human's abilities.At the reflection of such belief,the behaviors of heroes are not only simply for self s happiness.They don't really care about how much they gain and loss but self s honor and group's benefits.When conquer enemies and capture their weapons,they prefer to regard them as a prize from the battle rather than caring too much about how much will they gain from the group.Using enemies' blood to offer their friends and relatives who died in battle as evidence of their bravery. They also exaggerate the power of human and divide the circumscription between human and god.The process of climbing from human's status to gods' seems a phenomenon that people learnt after birth.But this group of people need a golden-like lineage.As a result,lineage is quite important in Rome,but it's not a ranking symbol among people,and lineage is also not as important as Greece culture and thinking.At the theme of polytheism and striving,Greece civilization manifest in the cultural atmosphere of shaman playing vital roles and religious offerings activities.So Greece, as Tibetan,also has the tradition of trance-medium.In Greece myth,the famous Apollo in Delphi is a typical example.From this example,it is clear that the Greece culture is formed by a way of clashing,injuring,and containing with other cultures. Thus enrich their indigenous culture,and have both prime of culture flourishing in the Greece mother land.As Hegel mentioned in his Historical Philosophy,'If this nation has a foundation,as East world is the foundation of Greece world,the there is a outside culture will enter,and then there will be two culture,one is a indigenous culture,and the other one is borrowing culture.Here the so called 'East world' refers to ancient India.At the aspect of ruling regulation,the relationships between queen and subject or the relationships between queens are not according to low based social phenomenon, but according to the amount of materials and fortress,how strong of the army force, how amazing of one's bravery,experience and wisdom and the family back ground where you are born.Queen and hero are usually considered as high human being. Their people are obeying to them not because the difference of class,the fact of being oppressed,the traditional family class-ranking system,and the government's controlling need but it's a request which every body fells necessary-every one has to united together and taking one ruler who is good at giving affectionate orders.People neither suppose to fell jealous nor dislike the ruler.The authority that the king possessed is completely depend on how well he will be able to carry forward the authority.During the process of developing,both Tibetan and Greece each underwent historical fate of things selected by god and fittest of survival.The period of Greece emerge,develop and decline is the same as Tibet.So in a short period of history,they couldn't everlasting overlord control but laid a vast space for the birth of epic culture. As a result,Greece civilization doesn't contain modern component.By the similar thinking and cultural background,at the society of worshiping hero and seeking for honor,to discuss and clarify the similarities of the plot structure and thinking culture between Hor Long War and The Iliad is very important.In addition,both epics have outer similar characteristics.For example,1)prayer for the own god and ask god to offer wisdom.2)Both of the epics express the content by singing.3)Express the friendship between the soldiers and generals during the war with winged and awing language.4)To make somebody confuse about his purpose and suffering.5)Bind up wound with herbal medicine which was without manufactured and from wild plants.6) The all offerings had two kinds,one was with blood and the other one was without blood.7)Start the banquet after burned the offerings and use the left over from the offerings during the banquet.8)Start the competition of skills after the offering ceremony.9)The steed that used by hero not only could gallop at battle field,also could communicate with human language.10)Popularly use long woolen belt which people called"Ocha or soil gun".11)To fumigate and eliminate bad smells with a kind of belief before and after the war.12)The weapon also had nimbus and could complete it's mission according to the owner's purpose.13)To find entertainment by distributing and looting.14)Bum the corpse with the layers of wood,also filled up the ear-hole with grain and jam eyes with coin and etc.The both epics had many similarities,so use comparison to research and prove the similarities of both epics.
