A Study Of The Institutional Changes Of Cultural Industry Management System Under The Influence Of Technology

The institutional changes of cultural industry management system are a process of evolution which is closely related to technology innovation from the very beginning. This thesis tries to study the process from the view of technology innovation and institutional economics and analyze the way and the mechanism of the interaction between technology innovation and the institutional changes of cultural industry management system. The conclusion is that there exists an objective interactive relationship between technology innovation and cultural industry management system.There are five main contents of this thesis: The first part, to define some related concepts and then review the theories of the interactive relationships about technology innovation and institution changes. The second part, to analyze the main reasons to establish cultural industry management system: to regulate market failures, to protect the cultural safety of the country and to safeguard the public interests. The third part analyzes the institutional changes of cultural industry management system under the influence of technology innovation. Firstly, technology innovation promotes the development of cultural industry; secondly, technology innovation promotes the establishment and the innovation of cultural industry management system. The fourth part analyzes the specific mechanism of the interactive relationships between technology innovation and the institutional changes of cultural industry management system. The last part discusses the characteristics of the institutional changes under the influence of technology innovation.
