Junichiro Tanizaki was a Japanese author, one of the major writers of modern Japanese literature, especially in Japanese Aestheticism Literature. His composion covers Meiji, Taisho and Showa era, over 50 years, achieving a reputation as great as Ryunosuke Akutagawa in the history of Japanese literature.Oedipus complex, heterodox love centered in female, sadomasochism and fetish are the key contents in Junichiro Tanizaki's fictional world. This originated from Japanese culture, his life experience, literature environment and the clash between Westernization and traditional Japanese values to him. Love and women's beauty are always his focus. The systematic analysis in heterodox love of Junichiro Tanizaki's fictional world can help us know more about characters in his works as well as the influence of Japanese traditional culture.
