With the development of the Teaching Chinese as a second language, the requirement for the Chinese teachers'is also increasing. The Chinese teacher is a mirror of Chinese and envoy Chinese culture. Therefore, the quality of the teachers is a crucial part of the teaching quality. A qualified Chinese teacher knows the difference between Chinese students and the foreign students, good at communicating with them and pay much attention to the individuals; and the others may not know the students well, and they are clumsy with handling students' difference which makes the students do not like them. But, nowadays, there is still not a unitize standard of the quality of Chinese teaching for foreigners, that is also the reason why I do this research. In order to fix this problem, I made a lot of interviews and questionnaire surveys to build a new standard for the teacher evaluation in term of the concept of modern teaching.The first chapter introduces some theory that i used for the research, together with introducing the procedure and the background of the research.The third chapter introduces the content of the research and the ways of the research.The forth chapter is the case study, and analyse the reason of difference when the students evaluate the teachers and according to the result, i try to build a new chart for the evaluation.The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the weakness of the research and the trait of the research, and then give some suggestions.
