World Cultural Heritage "Integrity" Analysis

Imperial Palace was the characteristic and precious outstanding model of China ancient times palace building; it was the rare masterpiece of the ancient Chinese Han Nationality and the minority nationalities construction culture fused mutually, and it was also the universe precious wealth. After added on the world heritage name list, Imperial Palace has turned from a construction community which represents the Chinese nation culture to the inheritance manifested the universe civilization; from originally it only belongs to an area, a nationality, a country to the present it belongs to the universe common culture remains. From solely in Beijing place, to the development of another Palace in Shenyang, in the future it also will have the possibility to expand to the other side of the Strait - - Taibei, it will develop from the stress protecting architectural complex to protecting the transportable goods, from protecting the material culture shape to the expansion of protecting non-material culture shape…….This article takes foundation on the summary of domestic related cultural heritage research, takes the Imperial Palace ,an inheritance place, as an example; does an explanation of a concept of cultural heritage research, it thought that the integrity of the cultural heritage must be grasped from the union of these three subjective, the relativity and the dynamic; certainly, subjective includes objective, subjectivity is not in the absolute sense; relative includes absolutely, those does not belong to Imperial Palace can not enter in the Imperial Palace inheritance absolutely; in the tendency there is the static state, the Imperial Palace's constructions and so on cannot be shifted arbitrarily. Moreover, the protection of cultural heritage the practice evidence of applying for world cultural heritage may also support my viewpoint; for example the Great Wall protection project crosss 15 provinces and cities area, the application for world cultural heritage of the Silk Road involves our country western 6 provincial capital areas, the protection of the Grand Canal protects and application for world cultural heritage involves our country east, middle 8 provinces and cities, these three important projects have covered the most of Chinese important cultural heritage, its influence and propelling force surpassed any former independent or the single unit projects. This kind of big cultural heritage protection, the striation region leads each spot, the whole leads the monomer, use the least work loads to lead the most the widest range related inheritance protection, these are the careful plans of our country Related Inheritance Department, have the intense subjectivity, also have the relativity, also similarly and repeatedly prove the dynamic development process proposed by author, or the dynamic has manifested the integrity, has realized the integrity, the unceasingly spreads out of this process, it is precisely the cultural heritage as the universal value of the peculiar value incessant realization and the increment process.
