Study On The Comparison Of World Cultural Heritage Tourism Growth Fluctuation And The Management Motivation

With the rapid development of tourism,the world heritage has become a hot new tourism,attracting many tourists.At the same time,the contradictions and problems in heritage scenic area has become even more apparent,especially history culture heritage scenic spot.It is the important mission of shouldering cultural heritage.How to excavate the cultural connotation in the premise of protecting is worth pondering.Based on the study of the feasibility of the TANG model as the starting point,try to analyze and compare with the research on the system of the growth process of Pingyao County,Mountain Resort in Chengde and The Three Memorial Edifices of Confucius in Qufu,In order to explore the fluctuations of historical and cultural scenic spot tourism.The research adopts statistics form 1984 to 2013.The analysis by using mathematical model simulation method,contrast,tourism fluctuation on three big scenic areas are studied,the main contents include:First,the use of nonlinear growth of tourism area(TANG)theory and model of piecewise function equation to simulate growth curve of S.Tourist flow of three major scenic spots of the simulation analysis and comparison,it also increased the comparison simulation analysis on the data of tourism income statistics,but the need for tourism income benchmark vintages are standardized,eliminate the impact of exchange rate,price index of two factors on the removal of price inflation factors.Second,Compared to TANG model of three historical heritage attractions,including single scenic tourism income of simulation comparison,three scenic simulation curve comparison and three scenic tourist income simulation contrast.The government system and the mass unexpected events are the main factors affecting the growth process of historical and cultural heritage tourism.Third,from the national level,provincial and municipal level and the level of the three scenic spots to analysis government scale institutional change in detail,which provide reference to management development for other heritage scenic spot.Research shows that: From the point of the impact of mass emergencies,facing a common crisis or celebration event,the ability of three heritage sites by the loss and recovery are different.From the system of government,the national level has industry leading normative;The local evel respond to the call,highlighting the same local legislation;From the scenic spot level,The policy of interference in different ways.
