This article expounds the impact and reason for Taoism spreading in Japan and North Karen at the view of custom belief.The broad concept of custom belief is the comprehensive meaning. What they called folk-custom that is the way of people' living, which content wed and funeral, season festival, intercourse convenience, procreate and disease, fete celebration, augury tabu, religion belief, and so on.This article written by folk beliefs is the narrow concept, which only expounds the part of folk custom - belief.As the natural religion, Taoism in China has been spreading nearly two thousand years, and it has huge impact on the Chinese folkway, even the social political life, so Taoism became an integral part of Chinese traditional culture. Although Taoism less spread than Confucianism and Buddhism in overseas, it has been deeply integrated into the Korean, Japanese folk beliefs, and turned into the local culture for their own. This paper only discusses the reason for Taoism spreading in North Karen and Japan as well as the significant impact on the folk belief.The paper make up by five parts but the forth and fifth are the main point.The first part is introduction mainly about the aim and significance , to study generation, to show the properly position and creative point of this paper.The second part mainly talks about both the creation and development of Taoism, addition to the Taoism spreading in North Karen and Japan. Taoism is a local religion in China. It grow deeply in the Chinese Ancient times culture. Taoism production and the developing process may divide into five times, that is origin times in Han Dynasty , the development time during Wei Jin Dynasty, in Sui and Tang dynasties giving the heyday, the transformation time in Song Yuan Dynasty ,the fading period Ming and Qing Dynasties.The Chinese Taoism started to spread into the Korean Peninsula at the beginning of the 7th century, which officially after the Three Countries times, Silo, Korea unifying time, Li North Korea Dynasties has became their country characteristic religious belief. Taoism disseminating time in Japan is the Nara time. At first it is popular in the upper formation, latter gradually disseminates in the lower level populace. The Safe Time is most prosperous time for Taoism, and it undergoes Jianghushidai to revival, even more popular in the populace.The third part mainly elaborated Taoism the reason for in the ancient times North Korea, Japan spreading. The Chinese character and the Chinese culture spreading in North Korean and Japanese dissemination is the important reason why Taoism can the substantial clause in North Korea, Japan dissemination. Chu country's magic way is similar with the Witchcraft in the North Korean and Japan, also it enables Taoism when enters North Korea, Japan to have is intimate with the feeling, is another reason which to spread in the North Korea, and Japan. Taoism deity belief is similar with North Korean, Japanese deity belief, so North Korean and Japan do not accept Taoism passively but also get their charater.The fourth part mainly elaborated the survey about North Korea practices which was influenced by Taoism, to confirm that Taoism in North Korea dissemination the influence which the Taoism focus on the folk custom belief in North Korean, in addition to the influence about Japanese cloudy way of yang, repairs examines road and the role which plays to the Japanese folk custom belief. North Korea, Japan are not passive accept Taoism culture, but unifies its inherent culture, enables North Korean, Japan's Taoism to have its own characteristic.The fifth part is a conclusion. In this article, the research makes foundation on the induction and summary the reason for Taoism which to influence the folk custom belief in North Korea, Japan.
