The number of the students studying the Chinese language in Korea has increased and the system of Chinese discipline in Korea is being improved with the aid of the continuous interchange of politics, economics, and cultures between the two countries, China and Korea after official amity in 1992. Now, Korea is trying to launch the new project on which many language experts have put emphasis through many reforms of the language teaching method. They suggest that the educational system for the language test should be changed from the grammar-oriented written test to the language proficiency test. However, this first step to the desirable direction is limping along for several reasons. That's why teachers are faced with one of the most serious moments that they would enhance the ability for Korean students to speak Chinese eloquently or vice versa.This paper writes about* educational possibility and importance of TV commercial advertisement in Chinese* the way to select the commercial advertisement from Chinese TV programs* analysis for the TV advertisements in terms of language and contentTeaching foreign language has two parts - language and culture.
