Chinese culture teaching is an important part of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Understanding the connotation of Chinese culture will help students better improve their Chinese language ability.The PBL teaching method emphasizes the concept of "learning by doing",which can create a real situation for students and help students solve the problems caused by language problems in the real world.Therefore,it has been gradually applied to the teaching of Chinese culture in recent years.However,in the existing research,the application research of PBL teaching method in Chinese culture teaching is mainly based on the target language environment and the lack of non-target language environment.However,compared with the target language environment,the teaching of Chinese culture in non-target language environment is often affected by environmental factors and it is difficult to carry out diversified teaching activities,which makes the teaching of culture often stay in the text introduction in books.Based on the relevant theories of PBL teaching method and the characteristics of culture teaching,this thesis designs a Chinese culture teaching program for Korean high schools based on PBL teaching method.This thesis takes 45 high school students from South Korea as the teaching objects.On the basis of the previous research,it selects daily communication,food culture and social development as the main content of this special teaching of Chinese culture,and uses PBL teaching method to carry out the teaching of relevant cultural content with the theme of "Invite".This thesis consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research purpose,research content and research methods of this thesis;The second part is a preliminary survey on the application of PBL teaching method to Chinese culture teaching in Korean high schools.Through the preliminary survey,daily communication culture,diet culture and social development were selected as the theme of this cultural teaching;The third part is about the design of PBL teaching method applied to Chinese culture teaching in Korean high schools;It mainly introduces the teaching content,teaching process and teaching test methods;Finally,in the fourth part,the author puts forward some suggestions on the application of PBL teaching method to Chinese culture teaching.Through research,it is found that PBL teaching method can stimulate Korean students’ interest in Chinese culture and help improve students’ autonomous learning ability of Chinese culture.At the same time,using PBL teaching method to teach Chinese culture can help students improve their intercultural communication ability while mastering Chinese cultural knowledge.Students can find and solve some cultural conflicts caused by cultural differences in the process of learning.However,due to the particularity of cultural teaching,students’ interests and the extensibility of cultural content should be taken into account when using PBL teaching method to teach Chinese cultural content.In the selection of cultural themes,students’ actual situation and specific teaching environment should be combined to create relatively real cultural scenes for students as much as possible.
