There should be a clear criterion in TCFL. Recently, the conception of "word-oriented" was questioned in academic circles. We can make it clear that the view of word-oriented is right through discussing on both the status of vocabulary in language system and the status of vocabulary teaching in the practice of TCFL.So the vocabulary teaching should be strengthened in TCFL on the basis of word-oriented. Furthermore, synthetic words, especially the dual-tone synthetic words what the majorities in the modern Chinese vocabulary should be the emphasis in TCFL, in which, the analysis between the synonyms and near synonyms is the key in TCFL. This is also the reason why the progress of foreign learners became slow when they reach the intermediate level. So I try to conclude patterns and reasons of errors of foreign learners to adjust teaching strategies by analyzing errors in their study. To discuss how to analyze the synonyms and near synonyms cannot only guide the teaching in dual-tone synthetic words in TCFL but also the vocabulary. That has certain theory significance as well as certain application value.Besides, there are some discussions on the definition of the synonyms and near synonyms in this essay. |
