The Research On Modern College Student's Utilitarian Psychology

With the improvement of China's market economic system and the development of plural trend for social values, the performance of flippancy and seeking short term success is so obviously in our society.This thought in fact has been a valuable guidance. College students can not also avoid. It is the result of the modern college student's Utility psychological.There are more critical and caution attitude about college student's Utility psychological in our society. According to this, it is necessary to have a comprehensive and objective understanding for college student's Utility psychological.Through design College student's Utility psychological questionnaire, we want to understand the status of university student's utilitarian psychological and discuss the reasons in order to provide related theoretical evidence for finding related educational measures and setting the correct public opinions for college students.Based on analysis literature and public research, related term was collected and then forming item. Factor analysis was adapting to screening this subjects. At last, this study examines the reliability and validity. College student was surveyed by this questionnaire. Finally, the characteristics of college student's utilitarian psychology were discussed.Results:(1). Through summarizing literal, public research, taking out term, complicating primary questionnaire, getting 48 items.(2).All of the primary questionnaire's date was performed with factor analysis. Accordance with the homogeneity subjects grouped, there are four main factors. Combined with content and literature analysis, four factors were named: altruism and the benefits of private, profit and profit from the past, moral justice and fame, rational and desire. By screening the primary questionnaire's item, the closed-questionnaire was complicated.(3).Closed-questionnaire was completed. By confirmatory factor analysis, the results showed that the closed-questionnaire is reliable and valid. after revised ,it can be used to test college student's Utility psychology.(4).Utility psychological characteristics of college students: Generally speaking, there are significant differences on sex, whether one child, grade, the family situation. But there are no significant differences on factors. There are little differences on rational and desire.
