The school social work of mental health , from 1906, originate in America which just passes a hundred years until now, always in explore through effective management come to raise working efficiency; its management pattern along with the development of management science and the development of society in develop continuously to enter. It can say that it is just started and does not be still perfected very much of the school social work of mental health of our country, this is considerably unfavourable for the development of the school social work of mental health which falls behind western country originally. Now the systemic research of domestic and international about the school social work of mental health is nearly blank. This study to follow national social scientific fund project's the overall research train of thought of" the research of guarantee system of school social work of mental health for middle school students and college students", is constructing the scientific management pattern of the school social work of mental health and promoting the students' mental health level as purpose , have gotten following major research conclusions:1. The management pattern of the school social work of mental health is to work from the theoretical basic concept that strengthens and improves the theory and the practice of the school social work of mental health , promotes student's mental health quality, a set of scientific and effective operating system to implement management for the school social work of mental health. The scientificness and definiteness of concept; validity and reasonablity of enforcement, as well as the systematicness and directiveness for practice of management appraisement is the major index which to appraise whether the management pattern of school social work of mental health is scientific and effective.2. It is multidimensional degree and multifactor that the structural model of management pattern of school social work of mental health, this model includes management concept , management enforcement and management appraisement 3 effect dimension degrees, under every dimension degree, contain some key variables, this structural model is guiding ideology and the theoretical foundation for the study of the school social work of mental health.3. The questionnaire of present situation of management is scientific, can work as the investigation tool for the management present situation of school social work of mental health.4. Investigation result shows,the major problem of Chinese management pattern of school social work of mental health is: management concept is not enough to clear and scientific, management enforcement is not enough to normalize and effective, management appraisement lack systematicness and directiveness for practice, the internal and external environment of management improves urgently.5. According to the result of the investigation of present situation and combining the actual condition of Chinese education ,this article discussed the enforcement strategy of management pattern: ( 1 ) management concepts should be scientific, modern and found on people; ( 2 ) management enforcement should consider the development and the adaptability for environment of management pattern; ( 3 ) establishing scientific management appraisement system.6. Expert consulting result shows, that the structural model of management pattern of school social work of mental health is reasonable, the enforcement strategy of management pattern is scientific and effective.
