It needs better psychological quality with the development of the society, the cruelty of the competition and the diversification of the value. Our family and society affect the school education more and more, especially psychological development of the students. The traditional schooling can not solve all the psychological problems easily. Mental health school social work is to make full use of families, communities, schools and education resources, promote collaborative between them, In addition, it emphases the students' self-management and self-education, They solve common problems in the development of students together to help them better adapt to school and community and train the students to improve the psychological quality, Meet the school's educational goals.On the basis of researches made in and abroad, this thesis reviews systematically how the middle schools and universities implement the strategy and what factor affects it, Try to found the approach and strategy system of mental health school social work, offer theory basis and methods for it can work effectively, remedy the limitation of the existing school educational pattern of mental health, and promote the mental health of student better.Here are the conclusions:1. The noticeable difference can be found in different school periods, Show as university is better than middle school. On school education, self-education and community education, there are extremely notable differences, colleges are better than middle schools; but, on family education, middle schools are better than colleges.2. The noticeable difference can not be found in different natures of the schools, According to the enforcement approaches, key schools in family educational and community education are better than ordinary schools, on family education, there is extremely notable difference; On school education ,ordinary schools are higher than key schools, discrepancy notable.3. Significant difference can be found among school sources in the approaches and strategies implementation degree of mental health school social work. It is showed that large cities are better than Medium-sized or Small Cities and they are all significantly better than towns.4. Significant difference can be found among regions in the approaches and strategies implementation degree of mental health school social work. It is showed that the eastern is the best, the second one is the western, and the last one is the central region. According to the enforcement approaches, on school education, eastern is better than central region apparently; On family education, central region is better than west apparently.5. Among all the factors may influence the approaches and strategies implementation of Mental health school social work, the most important areas are Following: the lack of communication among family,school and community, the Lack of awareness and capacity among families and community people, further more, there is not enough related Facilities and reasonable guidance method.6. The approaches of mental health school social work include four areas: self-education, family education, school education and community education. Their roles are as follows: School education-oriented, self-education as the core, family education as the basis, and community education as the extension, let these four areas promote students mental health commonly.
