Exam is so important to the middle-school students, they have to bear large pressure and the examining anxiety become more and more severity. More anxiety not only affect the effect of study and exam, but also damage their health of body and mind. How to reduce examining anxiety is an important study field in the eyes of psychologist. It will offer scientific theory and effective instruction for the study and practice through exploring examining anxiety, find out the relationship among anxiety, cognitive style and rearing patterns.This study uses EFT, EMBU and MHT, investigates 400 students from NO.1 senior high school of Anyang in Henan province and explore the relationship of the results.The results suggest that:1. Girls experience more severe punishment from mother than boys', senior students of grade 1 is higher than grade 2 in the dimensionality of refuse and deny from mother and father, senior students of grade1 is higher than grade 2 in the dimensionality of warmth and understand from mother, there is no obverse difference between arts and science in rearing patterns.2. There is no obverse difference between gender and grade in the Cognitive style, the score of students major in science is higher than that in art in Cognitive style.3. Girls experience more anxiety than boys.The percent of psychology healthy of boys is 0.4% higher than girls', students major in arts is more anxiety than science in the two dimensionality of study and people. Senior students of grade 2 is more anxiety than grade 2 in the overall scores and dimensionalities of study, lonely, sensitive, terror and impulsion.4. Father's rearing pattern of over-interference have important influence on the Cognitive style, it can be easy accelerate students to field-dependent.5. The students of field-dependent is more anxiety than field-independent in the two dimensionality of study and people. 6. Mother's rearing pattern of Emotional warmness, understanding have important influence on the anxiety for the students of field-dependent, the more care,the more anxiety. Father's rearing pattern of emotional warmness,understanding have important influence on the anxiety for the students of field-independent, the more care, the more anxiety.
