Shen Yixiu, lived in late Ming Dynasty, was one of the outstanding representatives of women writers in Wu Jiang. She was superior both morally and intellectually. One of her works, Li Chui, preserved her 833 poems, such poems and essays. It reflects her dignified and gentle writing style, which was praised by others. Another work, Yi Ren Si, which saved any lost composition from other books purposely, has high worth. In the work, she selected and edited about 200 essays by 42 women writers at the same time of her, and some essays from other books by some women writers at different times. It shows that she focused on the development of women literature. In this article, based on many scholars' accomplishment upon Wujiang women literature, the Shen clan's, and the Ye clan's, I try to study Shen Yixiu to reveal her unusual creative livings.
