Study Of The Innovative Product Design Thinking Based On Bionics

Since reform and opening up, and a series of policies and activities to promote accession to the WTO, China has entered a period of rapid development. International status also has increased. But the field of industrial design has few outstanding cases emerged on the international scene. The reason is our industrial design thinking is trailed the developed countries. Based on it, this paper did study on the emerging thinking way——bionic design thinking, and formed a model of design thinking to help designers explore new ideas, to seek more and better road of innovation. This study improved and added the existing industrial design system in thinking.Shortly afterward, in the chapter 2, the article described the development of the formation of bionic design thinking. Also the paper did the necessary studies in bionic design thinking and its application in factors, which laid a solid foundation for the late model of thinking.Based on the forward analysis, the chapter 3 put forward the model of product design thinking that can effectively guide the design practice after studying some related models of product design thinking by now. This model synthesized the science of psychology and thinking theory. At first the model classified the designer's own way of thinking to be perceptual thinking and rational thinking by the way of an experience. Then, the designer can consult to the next model for innovative thinking; draw an inspiration from the biosphere; and form the preliminary draft. At last, the matching model for user and designers can help the designer to meet the further needs of users and make the design program "Right the first time". Then the article proved that this model has obvious advantages. The following necessary analysis and assessment strengthened the argument.Next, in Chapter 4, the paper used a specific example to test the feasibility of this thinking model. Under the guidance of the bionic design thinking model, the designer accomplished the design task successfully, and certificated that the operation of this model is established.Bionic design thinking which was a way of thinking to guide the designers'creating ability, not only play an important role in the design practice, there is a great need in teaching. Chapter 5 of this issue devoted to study in this area and put forward a series of constructive suggestions. This study did efforts on improving the current teaching concept on industrial design.Finally, in chapter 6, this paper has described the bionic design thinking comprehensively, and made a comprehensive conclusion of the whole content.
