Study On The Application Of Morphological Bionics In Ceramic Tea Set Design

With the improvement of people’s livelihood, the development of family teahouse, and the growing of tea sales, tea market shows a thriving scene. Tea culture has become a fashion of life. Dazzling tea sets of different shapes and delicate styles have been feasts for people’s eyes, let alone delicious tea of various tastes. In this diversified information age, the development of China’s ceramic tea set should also take a multi-angle thinking and make diversified designs. Morphological bionics design interacts with the improving of people’s art taste and the pursuit of individuality. What’s more, the current pursuit of natural features highlight the importance of morphological bionics design thought in the process of ceramic tea set design.This article, focusing on the basic principles of morphological bionics design, interprets the characteristics and research objects of morphological bionics design, studies the classification of it, and analyzes the cognitive psychology and product semantics in the process of morphological design. For the theory of bionic ceramic tea set design, from the perspective of the harmonious relationship of people and the bionic tea products, the components of bionic tea design is analyzed. Ceramic tea product design should reflect four principles:practical, beautiful, economical, and marketable. According to the theory of bionic ceramic tea set design and the basic principles of morphological bionic design, practical research is made to study the morphological ceramic tea set design. Firstly focus on the middle-aged and young people as the main consumers, and choose the tea sets with hand grips. Choose bionic design in the form of snail and display it in plane three view drawing and 3D view, and interpret the design concept of morphological bionic design in the form of snail. The actual ceramic tea set product in the form of snail should not only conform to the utility function and production process, but also meet the market demand and better serve the masses. Through the study of morphological bionic used in ceramic tea set design, the mind space of the designers is expanded.
