With the development of economy in the past thirty years, china has been the rising power of world economical scenery bearing. In 2006, the foreign trade scale amounted up to 176.069billion US dollars. At the same time, the international culture trade also obtained the huge growths. Because the culture trade stated late, the trade deficit haded achieved up to 10:1.Through the domestic and foreign cultural trade related theory and the present development situation's SWOT analysis, this article analyzes the internal condition superiorities and inferiorities, the external environment opportunities and the threats of our country international culture trade. The article also points out that our national foreign culture trade is at the initial stage, specially service trade lags more. Depending on for existence according to tbe cultural trade and the return model of it to the economy, we point out the reason to why it developed so slowly.In order to expand it's contribution to the economy, we should pay attention to it in the idea stage, take the culture organizational, reform as an union spot, vigorously develop the cultural industry garden and its industrial colony effect. Then we adopt to the strategy of going out simultaneously, gasp the opportunities of Beijing Olympic Games and the Shanghai world expositional meeting, implementing the strategy which relies on science and education to rejuvenate the nation. So we can enhance the cultural trade contribution to the development of economy.
