Abstract/Summary:
Job Burnout refers to the synthetical reaction aroused by occupational stress, which outstanding aspect is the body and mind becomes exhausted exceedingly. The lower officers'job burnout is very important to the construction of the army. Therefore, studying about it in-depth counts for a lot of theoretical and realistic value. This research aims at designing a Job Burnout Questionnaire which fits for the lower officers of the army.Basing on the summarizing of the literature ,the research establishes a conceiving model of job burnout of the lower officers of the army. On the foundation ,it draws up a Job Burnout Questionnaire for the lower officers of the army, carrying on the exploring and verifying factor analysis ,carrying out multi-angles and multi-index reliability and validity to the Job Burnout Questionnaire for the lower officers of the army. Studying results show that:1. Job Burnout Questionnaire for the lower officer of the army ,which can be divided into three dimensionalities according to the theories ,that is ,emotional exhaustion, diminished personal accomplishment and depersonalization. There are correlations of medium degree within three dimensionalities. This verifies the initial hypothesis.2. The structure of Job Burnout Questionnaire for the lower officers of the army is clear and definite. The indexes of reliability and validity accord with the demands of Psychometrics. This questionnaire can be used for the tool to job burnout of the lower officers of the army.
