Job burnout has many different translations in Chinese. Followed 1974, this word was first put forward by Freudenberger. People began to take attention to the Phenomenon of Job burnout. The research of burnout emphasized the relationship between the clients and the helpers in work ground. Institute Counselors are the typical of the job to help others. School counseling began to more important in our country. For it just at it's beginning, many systems are not so good at well. Counselors can also fallen in job burn out.This research use the qualitative method to develop the job burnout among school counselors in deep. The research chose 13 different schools counselors. And ask them to do the interview and have the test of MBI-GS.The result of this research showed follows. First, the school counselors in deferent schools, have deferent work to do, they face the deferent problems and deferent clients, and the level of their job burnout are deference. Second, the time they joined in their work can affect the level of job burnout. Third, in our country, there is no perfect system of steering. It also can induce to job burnout. Last, from the case study, we can see the relationship between lurch and job burnout.
