The Wenhua Film Company has formed the good film production and creation system, made great achievements in both film arts and commercial interests. To have a clear look into the production system and the features of film creation of Wenhua Film Company, generalizing the inner laws of the development of film industry will have great significance for our present film creation.The present study chooses Wenhua Film Company 49 years before for the object of its study, utilizing the ideas and methods of new film history to analyze the production and creation system of Wenhua Film Company, integrating the operation system and films of representative directors, analyzing the features and contribution of Wenhua Film Company in the field of the operation system and film production, emphasizing how the two are well related to each other in the hope of forming a good film production and creation system and achieving the beneficent cycling of film industry.The first chapter of the thesis begins with the operation system of Wenhua Film Company, describing the commercial operation, art creation and ideological productive system features of Wenhua Film Company.
