Handling a book to read, raising hand to depict and express sensibility, this classical Jiangnan woman's image was common occurance in variety of literatures, and more and more appeared in craft and painting works of Ming Dynasty.This thesis discusses Jiangnan women's social lives through analyzing the dynamic historical phenomenon that educated opportunities for Jiangnan women increased constantly.In Jiangnan of Ming Dynasty, highly developed commercialization not only provided more employment opportunities for women than former dynasties, but also relatively increased opportunities for women obtaining education with development of printing and higher social cultural education level. Moreover, literator and scholar-bucreaucrat 's admiration and recognition to women's acqierement promoted their self-affirmation. In Jiangnan area, whether swelldom or civilians, women all had chances to obtain cultural education.Around Jiangnan women's cultural education of Ming Dynasty, this thesis expounds the channels and learning contents that they accepted cultural education, it strives for presenting Ming Dynasty's Jiangnan women's cultural education status. And it further discusses the influence on cultural education to Jiangnan women in their whole lives, through analyzing sciential womenfolk's marriage, family and individual accomplishment, indicates that cultural education impacted deeply on social gender equality and feminie's arousal to gender consciousness. Finally it discusses that because of Jiangnan women's high level cultural education, feminie culture created by them imprinted greatly in bright Jiangnan culture.
