In the epoch of education industrializations and market economy, our school organizations will go out of the limits of education system in the time of planned economy to face inter-school competitions and unprecedented challenges from socialization and marketlization. So in the 21st century 'brand' will be primarily important for establishing and developing schools.This thesis aims to seek theory frame and some practice ways for school brand and its visual image.On the basis of basic knowledge about brands and rational understanding of school organization development, function and classification and of school culture, in the discourse of brand wisdom being adopted into school organization, to define school brand and seek its theory support from new theories in education field, such as Education industrializations Theory, View of Education Field, and so on, so as to further clarify the necessity of developing the definition of school brand.School brand visual image research is to study school brand, with the helps of art designing and marketing and communication experience, and to define school brand visual image, discuss its formation and compare it with other brand visual images;then according to practice experience of art designing, to seek its own designing ideas and ways. The author provides some cases of schools as evidence to express his own opinions about the relations between school organization culture and school brand visual image, and about the management innovation of school brand visual image as well as the efficacy of Quality-Centered Education.
