Based on abundant language facts, this paper tries to analyze and compare two structures carefully , which are "PdN-structure" and "PN-structure", both existing in Modern Chinese, aiming to discovery distinctions between "PdN-structure" and "PN-structure" in three level and make reasonable interpretations to them, and hopes to make contribution to studying of Chinese grammar and Chinese teaching for foreigners.This paper primarily consists of four parts:First part: "PdN-structure" is compared with "PN-structure" in syntactic level. This part mainly discusses differences in syntagmatic ability ,collocative ability and the ability of acting as sentence constituents.Second part: "PdN-structure" is compared with "PN-structure" in semantic level. This part discusses semantic role of personal pronoun. The former is subordinate role while the latter is point of reference, Semantic pattern is different.Third part: "PdN-structure" is compared with "PN-structure" in pragmatic level. This part discusses both are different in variety or contribution. The former is often arising in formal variety while the latter is often arising in in-formal situation. Furthermore, there are cognitive interpretations to them.
