The research subject of this dissertation is the three major literary organizations, the friendship in Wei and Jin dynasties and the affect in the forming ,maintaining, and disintegrating in literary organizations. The paper is divided into four chapters totally.In the introduction the author summarizes the literary organizations appeared in the social transforming period because of the awareness of the group of scholars, in Wei and Jin dynasties, people liked making friends, and this point is reflected in the description to friends in the book of Shishuoxinyu.The first chapter expounds the Jian-an literary organization. It introduces the forming, achievement and disintegrating of the organization, and the world of friendship of three Caos and Seven sages. The achievement in this period is relating to their association and probing in literature.The second chapter discusses Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove. They come into together because of the same aspiration and interest, and disintegrated for the difference. Ji-kang is killed for his friend, so the Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove is disintegrated.The third chapter comments on Twenty-four Friends. Twenty-four Friends come together mainly because of the political reasons. Some of them make a great achievement in literature but they trait their friends not as good as scholars in Jian-an and Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove.The fourth chapter focus on the friends in the book of Shishuoxinyu. All kinds of the friends reflect the social custom of valuing association and affection.
