In the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties,there was great disorder under heaven.More than 20 years of fight between Cao Shuang and Si Mayi had made many ancient scholars involve in the rapidly changing political upheavals.As the most prominent celebrities at the time,�Seven Sages of Bamboo Grove� cannot immune from this turbulent era.They had different life choices,Ruan Ji did things informally and went his own way.Ji Kang was free and unfettered,being a hermit or an officer.Shan Tao also was an officer or a hermit,had his vicissitudes.Xiang Xiu was free;Wang Rong was covetous;Liu Ling was drunken;Ruan Xian played the piano...They were not identical and had their own inspiration.But in the reception process of the scholars in later generation,they have gradually formed the art image of collectivization.As the individual,their life choices almost covered most of modes that the ancient intellectuals settled down;as the group,they presented the image of celebrities with the air o natural and discussion about principles.As a famous ancient Chinese literati group,the fate,artistic creation and aesthetic realm of the Seven Sages of Bamboo Grove have profoundly affected development of psychology and literature of ancient Chinese literati.They were prestigious when alive.Their spiritual life,behavior,time and events,appearance and bearing have been constantly admired and followed by later generations.Taking Seven Sages of Bamboo Grove and their literary creation as opportunities,scholars of later generations have created numerous theories about their literary works and literary criticism.Different interpretations to them at different times have reflected appearance of scholars and literature in different times.For previous deeds and literacy creation mentioned in the literature,there are many theories in the History ofclassical Chinese literature can explain,cite allusion,utilize and meditate the past...The arguments are different and opinions are various.Literature with Bamboo subject is studied from the perspective of reception aesthetics,namely,taking the recipients as the center,acceptance characteristics and literary re-creation of receipts are studied,endowing accepting objects the new meaning and value of time.Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties are the beginning of acceptance of Seven Sages of Bamboo Grove,the current literature acceptance conditions established important position and specific image for the Seven Sages of Bamboo Grove.Taking from the perspective of the recipients,this paper combines acceptance theory and ancient Chinese literature,takes the time of Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties as the order,mainly discusses acceptance works and literacy criticism of Seven Sages of Bamboo Grove,which has profound significance to clarify origin of acceptance history and development of them.
