Study On The County System In Xinjiang In Modern Times

Part one: the basis of the selected title No matter in ancient times or modern times ,successivemainland regimes put emphesis on the county system .SinceXinjiang as border area carried out the administrative system ofshire, county, town, li in GaoChang for the first time inA.D327,State and county system , Dao , Fu , countysystem ,county system under administrative province systemincluding province,Dao ,Fu, county system ;province ,district ,county ,town; province prefecture, county,townmany kinds of systems, especially since entered moderntimes ,the implementation of the system of administrativeprovince,the administrative system at county level had beengot comparatively general implement .After entering theRepublic of China, the administrative system at countylevel expanded in the whole boundary rapidly ,and becamethe third local institution of Xinjiang finally. The research on administrative system of border land becamea focus gradually in recent years,the subject will stress the studyon administractive system at county level in Xinjiang in moderntimes while holding this focal point .The research on the countysystem in Xingjiang is still in starting stage in moderntimes,there are fewer research results and these about case studyare only a few ,which are basis of my selected title.
