On Historic Observation, Present Situation Analysis And Developmental Study About County Area's Cultural Construction In Hunan Province

The county area's cultural construction is an organic unit for the socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics, and an effective response to the area' s cultural and ideological construction as well.
