There are considerable differences between the word formation way of subject-predicate compounds and the forms of subject-predicate phrases. Chinese word-formation has much particularity. Traditional grammar community agrees that "Chinese word formation and syntax is consistent. This paper examines the internal structure relation in the subject-predicate compounds and subject-predicate phrases, so we can found a big difference, which also proved that the "Chinese word formation and syntax is not uniform."By the comparative analysis for the subject-predicate phrases and sentences t, we can found that the phrases and sentences are very different on choice of the semantic relations because of the different range. The semantic relation that can be found in the subject-predicate sentences but is not established in phrases. As the most important sentence in Chinese, subject-predicate sentences are very different to the subject-predicate phrases which have basically same structure. So"the structure of Chinese sentences with the phrase structure principles are basically the same principle."This opinion was to open to question. Thus proving the existence of structural relations between different levels, "Chinese words, phrases and sentence structure consistent principles." is not entirely correct.
