As kangxi's deciding and guiding,the controlling Yellow river achieved the significant successful.In third section it concludes the experiences﹑lessons and infulence in kangxi period.In the 30 years kangxi emperor focuses on Yellow river as the most question, he went to south for six times.All of these have achieve great successful by people remembered for ever.
