Chasing The Poetic Light

In poetry text, lamp image is a richer category of community composition and implication pointing, the description of lamp and candle image in the poetry also indicates a unique aesthetic style. Therefore, it is very necessary and valuable to study the lamp and candle image. It should be extended to visual culture and probe a poetry aesthetic images have the problem of transition from poetry to movie if you want to research the aesthetic character of the lamp imagery comprehensively, which has positive meaning to the research of poetry, image culture and the comparative research.This article makes the aesthetic quality of lamp image and the poetic meaning as the entry point of connecting the poetry and movie, and has analysed the inner inherited relationship and the innovation to poetry by video media in the aesthetic explanation of lamp image and the shape of poetry meaning. This article is divided into three parts.In the introduction section, this paper has discussed the necessity, possibility and the contemporary significance of comparing film and poetry in the explanation of poetry. In the first chapter, it firstly probes the significance from the poetry to movie in the link of lamp image, also has traced the culture implication of lamp image and aesthetic poetic meaning, and combed the community composition and implication style of the its poetic semantic.The second chapter takes example of Karwai Wong's movie work which is prominent of lamp image, demonstrates in detail the positive meaning the lamp image shows in the movie, in the theme expression and the mood construction:under the image writing, the lamp aesthetic connotation connected with the depth of the theme and the sentiment on the film images ambiguity, loneliness, obsession, and longing for.The third chapter based on the second chapter has made the comprehensive and deep theoretical digging and summarization, in light of the aesthetic images showed symbolic features and implication of space compositionin in the image text. In addition, it also probed how visual media to finish the re-ship to lamp image through the video rhetoric, to further demonstrate the inherited relationship between video art and poetry in the essence of aesthetic.Lamp image has the incarnation of poetry and beauty and has the internal life, there are a lot to do to research it. Those discussions in this paper cannot tell the whole rich meaning of lamp image, but in another view point, it is very benefit for our academic research.
