A Comparative Study On Quality Of Life, Social Support And Interpersonal Trust Of Medical Staff

Objective To study difference and correlation of the quality of life and interpersonal trust and social support among different medical staff.Methods Through judgmental convenient sampling,150 medical staff from shaoxing's hospitals were investigated by GQOLI-74 scale and interpersonal trust scale and social support scale. GQOLI-74 scale include 20 factors such as physical functional and psychological functional and social functional and spiritual functional, interpersonal trust scale include 25 factors. social support scale include 10 factors. To comparison the different between the medical staff and the norm and the teacher, the different result between different medical staff. T test and correlation analysis of statistical metd was used in relation between the three scores.Results The scores of GQOLI-74 of the medical staff was higher than the norm, but lower than the Inhabitants. the scores of interpersonal trust and social support of medical staff was higher than the teachers and the norm. The difference of economy and external banausic life between nurses and doctors was significant, the difference of interpersonal trust was insignificant. The difference of interpersonal trust between surgeon and physician was insignificant The difference of working and learning, social function between hospital's administrator and clinician was significant, the difference of interpersonal trust was insignificant. The difference among different medical staff was not too much in QOL, interpersonal trust among different medical staff was basically identical, the QOL and interpersonal trust of medical staff was higher than the norm.Concolution The scores of GQOLI-74 of the medical staff was lower than the Inhabitants, the scores of social support and Interpersonal trust of the medical staff was good, but it shoud be improved too,There is correlation between social support and GQOLI. there is no difference between different medical staff. To improve Quality of life of the medical staff is most important, it can improve the medical staff's work activety and work satisfaction.the relation between Quality of life and Interpersonal trust of Medical staff shoud be award father study.
