An Investigation On Subjective Well-being Of City Father Participate In Parenting

In order to understand the present situation of city father the subjective well-being, this study adopts adaptation of "the questionnaire the urban father participate in parenting in the subjective well-being ", and selected the 12 kindergartens father of Nine area participation the questionnaire survey, In order to understand the present city father participation in parenting of subjective well-being present situation and its influence factors. And Put forward some Suggestions to upgrade the city father participate in parenting of the subjective well-being.its findings conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall level of Cities father in the subjective well-being mothering is higher, In the above average(2)Cities father participate in parenting in the subjective well-being in father age, marital quality, child quantity, child sex expect consistency, child health, children temperament type, father job training dimension significant differences.(3)Father's career, family years of total income, education level, father by the sex of a child, father with children a day on average spend the time on city father participation in parenting subjective well-being, no significant effect of research.(4)Through stepwise regression analysis, the marriage quality and child health enter regression equation. Through the path analysis shows that the two factor not only directly affect the subjective well-being of city father participation motherhood, by subjective well-being for intermediary dimensions indirect impact subjective well-being.According to the research results, this paper puts forward the city father participate in parenting ascend the subjective well-being strategies:(1) actively guide urban male the best childbearing age; (2) enhancing city father parenting confidence; (3) build a family atmosphere of harmonious and happy; (4) construct reasonable parenting expectation and target; (5) objective cope with children's health and the personality characteristics; (6) strengthening efforts education as the father.
